Coal tippler

A selection of pictures showing the coal wagon tippler in the industrial sidings (plus a few wagons of course). It was scratchbuilt in metal by Peter Wilson, and works. Each incoming full coal wagon is uncoupled and placed on the tippler, which then rolls the wagon over slowly and tips its contents (we use real coal) down the chute. The boring part of the operation is filling all the wagons up again in the fiddle yard. We haven't managed to automate that process yet.
